Change

When I was listening to the musics in my playlist which until now I couldn't listen finish all of them(14Gb of songs..haha), I found this song which suit many of us who wanted to change the world - Change, by Sean Kingston. I like the song very much as the lyrics is just so familiar and matching. Well, before we can change the world, we have to change ourselves. We have to be more hardworking, brave to challenge our studies/work/society problems, determine on what we want to achieve and gain wisdom to face all future obstacles. If we are not a good example for others, who will believe on what you are saying? Maybe, these are the words I am throwing back to myself. But, I am sure many of you might be facing part of these obstacles in life. 2009 is coming in few days time. My readers, let's set a whole new resolution for 2009! We must breakthrough our problems! I suggest that not only to set it in our mind but also write them down on a piece of checklist, look at it time to time to check on our progress. 2009 is a victory year for us although it is a recession year. Strive for victory! Fight on!

Baba & Nyonya

I have visited the Baba & Nyonya Museum at Heeren's Street, Malacca weeks ago. Just wanted to share with you all the pictures taken.

This is the sleeping Buddha's statue which can be found in there. (Sleeping Buddha hor...no wrong right?)

This is the close up of the fish sculpture I found there. A bit shaky as I didn't bring my tripod.

The long long ago house is all with this kind of long corridor as their house is really long. So, they normally will have a very large dining place at behind there(for big family)

This is their clothes last time. Of course not as big as the one framed up. But, the design is nice.

This is a mini Victoria House, very tiny in size. I took the close up with my macro lens

Then this is one of the old buildings that you can easily found in Malacca.

Colmar Tropicale Part II

Here is the 2nd part of my trip. This time, the pictures are the buildings or infrastructures of Colmar Tropicale. Welcome to France.

Look, there's swans!

There are actually black swans as well, but I didn't post them here.

Their street-view.

The staircase's design?!?!

The misty and rainy street-view.

There's where the swans move around.

This is a real REAL Gingerbread House. I didn't notice it until Clarissa told me. So, I went and sniff the ginger smell of it and took a picture! Thanks Clarissa!

This is another view there.

The buildings there...

Another upcoming building, I think it is another nice place to stay in the future!

Blue building

The bridge there.

View of the bridge from lower ground.

This is the end of part II. Hope I still have the time to post more in the next few days as I wanted to buy a book to read soon.

Colmar Tropicale, Pahang

Still remember days ago, I said that I will post about my trip? Here is part of it. This time, I would like to post about the performances as the welcome hug they gave us while my stay at Colmar Tropicale, Bukit Tinggi, Pahang. If you do not know, Colmar Tropicale is actually a French Village owned by Berjaya Group. Is kinda nice and interesting place with friendly people. Here are some of the pictures, enjoy!

Oh yea, before I end today's post, this clown caught my real attention. He is just so funny and playful. He even carry a stranger's baby and swing around but the baby don't even scared of him. I should say, the baby is very daring.

Dining at Sibaraku

This afternoon, as I had promised to my friend to go PC fair with her, so I went. The traffic is horrible, real horrible type. My dad, who came along with me out of boredom at home, thought that we are going home after getting stucked in the traffic but too bad we are not as a promise is a promise(although I just met her there for some Hi and Bye..I am so sorry about it!!) After purchased my new keyboard and mouse, me and dad decided to find something to chew on. So, we ended up in Sibaraku, Mahkota Parade if you know. They have a promotion set meal which is half of the normal price. So, it attracted mine and my dad's appetite for the moment. There is about 7 dishes, including 1 dessert of course. Not a bad thing. Let's show you the pictures(Sorry for the poor pictures as they are taken by my SGH-U600. Ugh..

Hope they are enough to make you hungry!

Short Post..

Well...Sorry for not updating these few days, went up KL.

Firstly, went for my cousin's daughter's 1st birthday celebration. Here are some pictures taken.

The Hollywood Birthday Star of the Day... Hehe...

Her cute face..

Her toy - Barney
Made me think of 'I love you, You love me, We are happy family'

This is her 1st birthday cake.. It actually reminds me of my early childhood. Olden days you can easily get this kind of "Numbering" cakes. But, I think now we seldom see them isn't it?

After the celebration, I asked my dad to drop me at Bandar Tasik Selatan KTM station so that I can go to Kajang where my seniors' house located. Quite near, just about 2 or 3 stations only. Then, I decided to walk to my seniors' house without getting myself a bus. As this is the first time I get down at Kajang station(normally from UKM station I will take a bus), I actually walked a longer path and only realized after a while. So, I decided to return and go the correct and shorter path. Eventually, I got tired and rest for a while once I reached their house.

After a quick shower, they were suggesting to go for a Karaoke session and I replied 'Okay' without any thinking. At first, we booked the Karaoke room for 3 hours starting 9 p.m. as we have to get our dinner done first. But, we were late and postponed it until 9.30 p.m.. So, the actual plan is 9.30 p.m. to 12.30 a.m.. But, once we reach there, we decided to go for their package which is cheaper and longer period of singing. And you know what? We sang until 3++ a.m.. Phew.. I was darn tired and the next morning I have meeting for the whole day. Can you imagine that? My meeting is like starting 9 a.m. and ends about 5 p.m. as I have 2 meetings with a short break in between. And I gotta wake up latest at 8 a.m. to get myself prepared. Phew.. Darn tired.

Luckily I did not snooze off during the meeting.. Haha..

Anyway, now I am already back in Malacca. Anything up in Malacca? Wanna ask me go along? hehe..

Yamcha with 2 teachers!

Hee... Well, we Franciscan are always close to our teachers(taught us or didn't). Today, we(me and Yi Xuan) decided to ask both of our teacher Mr Yong and Mdm Tan. Both very humorous and "naughty" teacher. haha... We have great time with them, in school or during our yamcha session.

Actually, we wanted to do our gathering at Tiga Ros(Mamak).. But due to heavy rain, we decided to change location to Pearl Cafe. So, I made a call to Mr Yong(YKK) to inform him the changes.
Jh: Sir!
YKK: Yea, so how?
Jh: We are going to change the location due to heavy rain.. Maybe Pearl Cafe. You know?
(The line was bad...so...some part might went lost to no where)
YKK: Ahh.. what? What cafe?
Jh: Pearl Cafe, Melaka Raya there...
YKK: How you spell it?
Jh: P-E-A-R-L, sir...Sir, the English Literature you taught me...The Pearl...
YKK: Oh...okok...
(Edited by Jh, because...How can I remember all the details...)

So, I drove and pick Yi Xuan up and head towards the cafe. Our teacher- Mdm Tan already reached. Very punctual... haha.. So, we started chit-chatting all the way... Then, YKK arrived too. Then tonnes of stories boomed out...haha... YKK also came out with plenty of his jokes(Cannot tahan..haha...) We have great time together... Teacher-Student relationship, or maybe we are already like friend-friend relationship..

Picture thanks to Pei Chen(Spaghetti senior)

Thanks again, to both respectable teachers!

Blogger Outing, 21/11/08

Yeah...few days back...This happened in Malacca.....

Gotten a message from Greg, asking me whether free or not... Hmmm.. Well... I can say I am darn free except visiting my scouts... Then, we decided to go out for a movie - Quantum of

Solame.

Well... As he said only two of us... I actually doubted for a moment... 2 Big Guys going out for a movie... Why not ask more people?

I managed to get 1 more...which is Mosquito aka Woon Kheng...

Since our movie is at Dataran Pahlawan GSC, I drove there and searching for parking... Guess what? I turn rounds and rounds in the carpark but can't find one at all. But, luckily... I managed to get one after plenty of minutes...(in between 2 specially reserved carparks for handicapped people...in between...mine is not okay...)

Well.. Meet Greg at Starbucks and have some self-introduce there(especially the quiet mosquito shy shy in front of Greg o...She ... Greg?!?!?...haha)

Well..the movie is so-so to me...Anyway... great to hang out with new friends... Once again... Thanks to Greg!
