The 'BEST' software I ever seen to transform photo to cartoon

I was googling 'photo to cartoon software' in the net... I was thinking of editing some portraits to cool cartoons...

Then I found this...

It appears to be in one of the top in my search from google(also don't know how the google spider works..haiz)

I thought it will be a great one...

But when I clicked on the screenshots, I saw this...and it changed my mind of getting it installed...

It is not a freeware, so it is normally charged...

Free to try, BUT USD 25 to buy it...Crazy...

as I was walking out of the condominium that I am staying in PJ area towards my car, 

I saw this...

P/S: For those who don't know, L is the stage, we, Malaysian who just passed the computer based theory exam to drive/ride a vehicle. After that, we will need to pass another practical exam to get the P license which will stay with us for 2 years. :D
